Woven Bodies was founded by Morgane (she/her) and Alexandra (she/her), two queer women, who wanted to expand their family & found it surprisingly challenging (and upsetting) about the lack of care providers who were queer, queer fluent & allies.

Morgane Richardson comes into this space with over 10 years as a perinatal health educator, doula and lifetime as a community + human rights activist.

Dr. Alexandra Garcia is board licensed doctor of acupuncture and Chinese medicine. Her practice focus is in perinatal support and pediatrics.

We’re an inclusive perinatal practice supporting all bodies from fertility and family planning through parenthood.

We provide information + services around fertility, pregnancy and parenthood available to people in the US, regardless of location. Our mission is to create a space that actively engages in conversations around the role of gender, sexuality, class and race in the path to parenthood.

We exist both as an online resource and have a physical Woven HOME in Kingston, NY.
