Doula Support

Supporting families in. Kingston, NY & the Hudson Valley.

Prenatal

• A complimentary meet and greet over the phone or Zoom.

• Two prenatal meetings (one virtual, one in person) where we can discuss birth preferences, practice comfort techniques, discuss infant feeding support, newborn care, and the postpartum.

• Provide evidence-based references and resources as needed

• Unlimited email/phone/text support throughout your prenatal period

Birth

• On-call for you as your await your birth, starting at 37 weeks of pregnancy.

• Continuous support throughout your labor and birth by providing physical comfort, emotional support, and information to assist you in decision-making. 

Postpartum

• Immediate postpartum support for 1-2 hours after your baby is born to assist with infant feeding and other early postpartum needs.

• One, in-person. or virtual postpartum visit during the first few weeks after your birth to process the birth and offer infant feeding support.
